All orders are processed and dispatched within 24-48 hours (excluding weekends and public holidays). Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number.

We offer fast and insured worldwide shipping. Estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • Europe: 3-7 business days.

  • Worldwide: 7-14 business days, depending on your location.

  • Please note: Delivery times may be affected by courier delays or customs clearance processes in your country.

3. Shipping Costs

  • Insured Shipping: An "Insured Shipping" option is available at checkout for extra protection against loss or damage during transit.

4. Customs, Duties & Taxes

VERONNI® is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

5. Shipping Address Accuracy

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the shipping address entered is correct. In case of an incorrect address, please contact us immediately. If the package has already been dispatched, we cannot be held liable for the loss of the shipment
