REFUND & RETURN POLICY
1. 14-Day Right to Cancel (EU & UK)
In accordance with European Union consumer laws, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt. However, due to the nature of our products (personal care/hygiene), this right only applies if the product is returned in its original, unopened, and sealed packaging.
2. Non-Returnable Items (Hygiene Policy)
For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns for any VERONNI® bottles that have been:

Unsealed

Used even once Any product that shows signs of use or tampered packaging will be rejected for a refund.
3. No-Reason Returns
We do not offer refunds for "change of mind" or "no reason" once the product seal has been broken. Please ensure you have selected the correct color before finalizing your purchase.
4. Damaged or Defective Goods
If your order arrives damaged or is defective (e.g., broken bottle, faulty mirror), please contact us at support@veronniprecision.com within 48 hours with photographic evidence. In these cases, we will provide a free replacement or a full refund.
5. Return Shipping
